Gebelikte Akılcı İlaç Kullanımı ve Etkileyen Faktörlerin Belirlenmesi

Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırma gebelerin akılcı ilaç kullanım durumları ve etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacı ile tanımlayıcı tipte yürütülmüştür. Yöntemler Araştırmanın evrenini bir üniversite hastanesine başvuran gebeler oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem 252 gebe olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ancak 297 gebe ile tamamlanmıştır. Veriler 01 Şubat-01 Eylül 2021 tarihleri arasında kadın doğum polikliniklerinden, doğumhaneden, kadın hastalıkları servisinden toplanmıştır. Araştırma verileri kişisel bilgi formu ve akılcı ilaç kullanımına yönelik soru formu ile toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Gebelerin yaş ortalamaları 28,22 ± 5,72 yıl olup %59,9’u multipardır ve %81,8’i üçüncü trimesterdedir. Gebelerin primipar ve multipar olma durumları ile eczaneden reçetesiz ilaç alma, ilacın aç/tok kullanım önerisine uyma, başkalarına ilaç tavsiye etme, başkalarına ilaç verme, başkalarının tavsiye ettiği ilacı kullanma, yakınlarına sürekli kullanılan ilaçlar hakkında bilgi verime, ilaç prospektüsünü okuma durumu ve evde bulunması için ilaç yazdırma durumu arasında anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Doktorun önerdiği zamanda ilacı kullanma, ilacı önerilen sıklıkta kullanma, ilacın son kullanma tarihini kontrol etme, kendini iyi hissettiğinde ilaç kullanmayı bırakma ve ilaç alerjisi yaşama durumu arasında anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Trimesterler ile ilaç prospektüsünü okuma durumu arasında anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Gebelikte akılcı ilaç kullanımına yönelik tutum ve davranışların primipar ve multipar olma durumundan ve gebeliğin trimesterlerinden etkilendiği bulunmuştur.
Abstract
Objective: This study was conducted in a descriptive type with the aim of determining the rational drug use status of pregnant women and the affecting factors. Methods: The population of the study consists of pregnant women who applied to a university hospital. The sample was calculated as 252 pregnant women. However, it was completed with 297 pregnant women. Data were collected from gynecology outpatient clinics, delivery room, and gynecology service between February 01 and September 01, 2021. Research data were collected with a personal information form and a questionnaire for rational drug use. Results: The mean age of the pregnant women was 28.22 ± 5.72 years, 59.9% of them were multiparous and 81.8% of them were in the third trimester. Primiparous and multiparous status of pregnant women, taking non-prescription drugs from the pharmacy, following the drug’s fast/ full use, recommending drugs to others, giving drugs to others, using the drug recommended by others, informing their relatives about the drugs that are constantly used, reading the drug prospectus and being at home. There was a significant difference between using the drug at the time recommended by the doctor, using the drug as often as recommended, checking the expiration date of the drug, stopping using the drug when feeling good, and experiencing drug allergy. There was a significant difference between trimesters and reading the drug prospectus. Conclusion: It has been found that attitudes and behaviors toward rational drug use during pregnancy are affected by primiparous and multiparous status and trimesters of pregnancy.
