Özet
Bu araştırmada COVID -19 pandemisi sürecinde okulda sağlığın korunmasına yönelik çalışmaların okul yöneticilerinin bakış açısıyla değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma modellerinden fenomenoloji modeli tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu pandemi döneminde görev yapan 9 okul müdürü; 6 müdür yardımcısından oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile elde edilmiştir. Toplanan verilerin analiz edilmesinde betimsel analiz tekniği tercih edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda; Covid-19 pandemisinin birçok alanda uzman personel ihtiyacına sebep olduğu görülmüştür. Pandemi okulda sağlığın korunmasına yönelik çalışmaların yapılabilmesi için kaynak ihtiyacı da doğurmuştur. Okulun fiziki ve beşerî şartlarının okulda sağlığın korunması çalışmalarını etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Bulgulara göre, okullarda iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine yönelik yapılacak çalışmalar için devlet ödeneğinin artırılması gerekmektedir. Okulların personel ihtiyaçları karşılanmalıdır. Öğretmenlere, öğrencilere ve velilere konusunda uzman kişilerce iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine yönelik eğitimler verilmelidir.
Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the studies on the protection of health at school from the perspective of school administrators during the COVID -19 pandemic process. The phenomenology model, one of the qualitative research models, was preferred in the study. The study group of the research was 9 school principals working during the pandemic period; It consists of 6 assistant principals. The data of the research were obtained with a semi-structured interview form. Descriptive analysis technique was preferred in the analysis of the collected data. As a result of the analysis; It has been seen that the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the need for specialist personnel in many fields. The pandemic has also created a need for resources to carry out studies for the protection of health at school. It has been determined that the physical and human conditions of the school affect the health protection activities in the school. According to the findings, it is necessary to increase the state allowance for the work to be done on occupational health and safety in schools. Staff needs of schools should be met. Occupational health and safety training should be given to teachers, students and parents by experts in their fields.
