Özet
Bu çalışmada ikinci yabancı dil olarak temel seviyede (A1-A2) Rusça eğitimi alan askerî personel için Rusça askerî temel söz varlığının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmanın birinci bölümünde geçmişte ve günümüzde Türkiye’de kullanılan Rusça eğitim materyalleri incelenmiştir. İnceleme sonucunda, kaynakların bir kısmının yayın tarihleri itibariyle eski oldukları, bir kısmının ise genel dil yeterliliği kapsamında terminolojiye yer vermediği görülmüş ve neticede güncel bir çalışmanın hazırlanması gerektiği ortaya konmuştur. İkinci bölümde askerî personele yönelik Rusya menşeli ders kitaplarıyla elektronik basın-yayın kaynakları taranarak öğrenilmesi gereken terimler belirlenmiş ve Rusya’daki askerî akademilerin ders müfredatı ışığında asgari askerî terim sayısı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda belirlenen 300 birim kelimenin normal ders müfredatına paralel verilmesi tavsiye edilmiş, basın diline önem atfedilmesinin gerekliliği vurgulanmıştır. Elde edilen temel Rusça askerî söz varlığı listesinin askerî personele yönelik ders materyali hazırlanması çalışmalarına katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
Abstract
In this study, we aim to determine the basic Russian military vocabulary for military personnel who studies Russian as a second foreign language at the basic level (A1-A2). In line with this purpose, in the first part of the study, we analyzed Russian educational materials used in Turkey in the past and today. As a result, it was seen that some of the sources were outdated, some of them did not include terminology within the scope of general language proficiency, and it was revealed that an up-to-date study should be prepared. In the second part, we scanned Russian textbooks and electronic media sources for military personnel in order to determine the terms to be learned and we determined the minimum number of military termsin the light of the course curriculum of military academies in Russia. We reccomend that the 300 units of vocabulary determined be taught in parallel with the usual course curriculum, and emphasize the necessity of attaching importance to the language of the press. We consider that the basic Russian military vocabulary list obtained will contribute to the preparation of course materials for military personnel.
