Özet
Tarafımdan yıllar önce hazırlanan ders notlarında geçen pasajların aynen alınıp bir tezde kullanılmış, kaynak olarak da ilgisiz başka bir atıf yapılmıştır. Bu durum benim ve ders notlarımı bilen diğer öğrenciler ve akademisyenler için gayet açık olmakla birlikte, bilmeyenler için şaibeli görünmektedir. Bu nedenle olayın aslını delilleriyle bu yazı vasıtasıyla gösteriyorum. Ayrıca bunun için çalışırken tez yazarı tarafından yapılmış başka yayın etiği ihlalleri olduğunu da gördüm. Onları da bu yazıda gösterdim. Bu araştırmacı meslek etiğine uygun olmayan hususlar yayın tekrarı, yanlış referans gibi daha hafif durumlardan, kaynak gizleme, intihal gibi ağır ihlallere kadar uzanmaktadır.
Abstract
The passages in the lecture notes prepared by me years ago were taken exactly and used in a thesis, and another irrelevant reference was given as a source. While this is obvious to me and other students and academics who know my lecture notes, it seems dubious to those who don't. For this reason, I wanted to show the truth of the event with its proofs through this article. I also saw that there were ethics violations made by the thesis author while working on this. I have also shown them in this article. This issues that do not comply with the researcher's professional ethics range from milder cases such as repetition of publication, false references, to serious violations such as concealment of source and plagiarism.
