Özet

Kırgızistan'da gıda güvenliği seviyesinin bir değerlendirmesi sunulmaktadır. Sosyal açıdan önemli türlerin sıralaması, fiili tüketimin ortalama fizyolojik standartlara uygunluk düzeyine göre yapılmıştır. Genel olarak, gıda güvenliğinin sağlanmasında durumun kötüleştiği kanıtlanmıştır. Gıda güvenliği seviyesini düşüren temel faktörler belirlenmiştir. Gıda güvenliğine yönelik ana tehditler belirlenir. Gıda güvenliğine yönelik tehditleri azaltmak için ana yönler ve mekanizmalar tanımlanmıştır.

Abstract

An assessment of the level of food security in Kyrgyzstan is presented. The ranking of socially significant species was carried out according to the level of compliance of actual consumption with average physiological standards. In general, the deterioration of the situation in ensuring food security is substantiated. The main factors for reducing the level of food security have been identified. The main threats to food security are identified. The main directions and mechanisms for mitigating threats to food security are identified.
