Protetik diş tedavisinde hızlı prototip üretim teknolojileri

Özet

Hızlı prototipleme konsepti olarak ortaya çıkan teknoloji, günümüzde hızlı ve direkt imalatın geleceği olarak görülmektedir. Protetik diş tedavisinde de kuron ve köprü metal alt yapılarında, hareketli bölümlü protezlerin metal iskeletlerinde, fasiyal protezlerde ve titanyum implantlarda kullanım alanı bulmuştur. Üretilecek olan restorasyonun sanal görüntüsü bilgisayara aktarılmakta ve lazer ışını ile toz halindeki alaşım üzerinde, seçilmiş alanlar sinterlenerek, restorasyon tek aşamada katmanlar halinde üretilmektedir. Bu çalışmada hızlı prototip üretim teknolojileri, çalışma prensibi ve fabrikasyon aşamaları açıklanmıştır.

Abstract

Emerged as the concept of rapid prototyping technology, nowadays, is seen as the future of quick and direct production. This technology found applications with metal framework of fixed partial dentures, framework of removable partial dentures, facial protheses and titanium implants in prosthetic dentistry. The virtual image of the restoration is tranferred to the computer and the laser beam is sintered the selected areas on the alloy powders and the restoration is produced layer by layer at single stage. In this paper, rapid prototyping technology, operating principle and fabrication process are described.
