METİN İNŞÂSININ TEORİK VE UYGULAMADAKİ BAZI PROBLEMLERİ ÜZERİNE

Özet

Hadîslerle ilgili olarak, sübût ve delâlet problemi olmak üzere temelde iki problem söz konusudur. Bu iki problemin tespitinde son zamanlarda metin inşâsının önemli bir yer tuttuğutartışılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada söz konusu teorinin sanıldığı gibi her zaman güvenilir vegeçerli sonuçlar veremeyeceğini gösteren bazı problemleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Konu,“Metin İnşâsının Teorik Problemleri” ve “Metin İnşâsının Uygulamadaki Problemleri”şeklinde iki ana başlık altında işlenmiş ve “metin inşâsı” terkîbinin ne anlama geldiğikavramsal ve olgusal olarak izah edilmiştir. Birinci başlık altında metin inşâsı ile ilgilikavramsal ve metodik problemler, ikinci başlık altında ise metin inşâsını yapanla ilgiliproblemler, inşâ edilecek metinle ilgili problemler ve son olarak da temel alınan kaynaklarlailgili problemler üzerinde durulmuştur

Abstract

Regarding the hadiths, there exist basically two problems mentioned as the certitude andthe denotation of the hadith. It has been recently discussed that the text construction hastaken a significant place in determining these two problems. This study focuses on someproblems indicating that the results of the mentioned theory are not always reliable andvalid as thought. In this sense; the study is analyzed under two main chapters as “Thetheoretical problems in text construction” and “The practical problems in text construction”.Moreover, what the combined notion of “text construction” means is explained in conceptualand phenomenological ways. The first chapter deals with the conceptual and methodologicalproblems related to the text construction. In the second chapter, the problems concerningthe text constructor and the text to be constructed are handled. Finally, the problemsregarding the resources on which the study is based are the subject of the last part of thisstudy
