Murâdî Divanı’nda Deniz İmgesi

Özet

İnsanoğlunun tabiatla ilişkisinde deniz; durgunluğu, enginliği, hırçınlığı, dinginliği gibi birçok yönüyle insanın ruh hâli üzerinde tesir bırakmıştır. Bu tesirin izleri İslamiyet öncesi dönemden beri Türk edebiyatına yansımıştır. İslami dönem Türk edebiyatında ise deniz taşıdığı bu lirik anlamın dışında tasavvufi anlamlar da yüklenmiştir. 16. yüzyılın şair hükümdarlarından olan Murâdî de Türkçe divanında deniz kavramının hem lirik hem de tasavvufi anlamından istifade etmiş, eserinde denize ve denizle ilgili kavramlara sıkça yer vermiştir. Bu çalışmada Murâdî Divanı’nda deniz ve denizle ilgili bazı unsurların tasavvur edilme biçimi ve sebepleri ele alınmıştır. Divan’da geçen bu kavramlarla ilgili konuyu yansıtabilecek bazı beyitler seçilmiş, denizin ve ilgili sözcüklerin yüklendiği anlamlar, imgeler açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract

In the relationship of human beings with nature, the sea has had an impact on the human mood in many aspects such as its calmness, vastness, irritability, and serenity. Traces of this influence have been reflected in Turkish literature since the pre-Islamic period. In Islamic period Turkish literature, on the other hand, besides this lyrical meaning, the sea has also been loaded with mystical meanings. Murâdî, one of the poet rulers of the 16th century, benefited from both the lyric and mystical meanings of the concept of the sea in her Turkish divan, and frequently included the sea and the concepts related to the sea in his work. In this study, the way in which the sea and some elements related to the sea are conceived in Murâdî's divan and its reasons are discussed. Some couplets that can reflect the subject related to these concepts in the divan have been selected, and the meanings and images of the sea and related words have been tried to be explained.
