Türkiye’de Kırmızı Et Sektörünün Mevcut Durumu ve Çözüm Önerileri

Özet

Kırmızı et, insan beslenmesindeki öneminin yanı sıra sosyal ve ekonomik fonksiyonları ile ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeylerini de ortaya koymaktadır. Türkiye’de hem tüketim, hem de geniş bir üretim alanı yaratması itibariyle kırmızı et sektörü ulusal ekonomi açısından önemlidir. Bununla birlikte, sektörün geri ve ileri bağlantılarında çözülmesi gereken sorunları mevcuttur. Türkiye’de canlı hayvan ve kırmızı et ithalatının sürmesi yapısal çözümler getirecek politikaların gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktadır.

Abstract

Red meat also reveals the level of development of countries with its social and economic functions as well as its importance in human nutrition. The red meat sector is important for the national economy as it creates both consumption and a wide production area in Turkey. However, the sector has problems that need to be solved in downstream and upstream. The continuation of imports of live animals and red meat in Turkey reveals the necessity of policies to provide structural solutions.
