Evaluation Of Nursing Functions In Home Health Services: A Retrospective Study

Abstract

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the nursing functions of home health services. Methods: The study was planned retrospectively and descriptively in a state hospital’s Home Health Care Unit. The study sample consists of all files of patients who received home health services between 16.01.2019 and 16-07.2019. Data Registration Form and Nursing Functions Evaluation Form were used in collecting the data.
