Özet
Çalışma hayatının en önemli sorunlarından biri mobbingtir. Mobbinge maruz kalan mağdurlar, yapılan haksızlıkları durdurmak amacıyla idari ve/veya hukuki olarak hak arama yoluna gitmektedirler. Yaşanılanları ispat için en önemli delillerden biri de şahitlik konusudur. Şahitlikte temel unsur, adaletin tesis edilmesidir. Bu çalışma ile şahitlik ve ispat konusunu tüm yönleri ile ele alarak, soruna ilişkin çözüme katkı yapılması hedeflenmektedir.
Abstract
Mobbing is one of themostcommonproblems of working life anditsvictimsseekadministrativeand/or legal remediestointerfereand stop injustice. One of theparamountevidencestoprovewhathappened is theissue of witnessing. Thebasic element of testimony is theprovision of justice. Withthisstudy, it is aimedtocontributetothesolution of the problem aboutissue of testimonyandproof in allaspects.
