Abstract
Abstract: The article showed a picture of a trial in which the perfection of divine justice was manifested so that the reader would have the complete perception of a just judiciary in its best image -in which a creature cannot reach its perfection, because the legislator and the judge (Allah SWT) is the wisest of the rulers, then we singled out the first chapter to this great event that took place at the creation of Adam -peace be upon him. The second chapter dealt with the judiciary on Earth among the nations whose news reached us, and Mesopotamia was chosen as a model. This period was the beginning of the formation of the organized civilizations that man sought for. As for the third chapter, the choice fell on studying the judiciary among the Arabs a few decades before Islam, due to its importance in the judiciary after the mission of the prophet (S.A.W), and the fourth chapter dealt with the judiciary in the beginnings of Islam, from its varied aspects, as the judiciary built in this era the main pillar that the judiciary followed from that time until the last years of The Ottoman Caliphate, and still the main source for some judiciary systems although it differed in its shapes.
