Since suggestions willbe offered to improve the peace-building capacity of the civil society structure operating in Africa, which should beeveluated as a complementation of Turkish official policy toward African countries. At the same time, in this study, possible risks and advantages will be identified by discussing the harmony of official and civil institutions operating inAfrica from a peace building perspective.
