Özet

Son dönemlerde yaşanan yapısal değişmeler ve karşılaşılan işlem görme hacimleri dikakte alındığında, türev piyasaların önem ve işlem görme kapasitesinde artışlar yaşanmıştır. Ülke ekonomisinde büyüme fonksiyonları içindeki artan önemi ile birlikte, türev piyasalar 2005 ve sonrasındaki yıllarda daha çok sermaye piyasası finansal araçları içinde kullanılmıştır. Bu işlemlerin artışlarındaki sebepler arasında spekülatif yatırımları çekmesi temel sebepler arasında yer almaktadır.
