Özet
Midede ektopik pankreas çok sık görülen bir durum olmayıp diğer submukozal lezyonlarla karışmaktadır. Ayırıcı tanıda histopatoloji yanında endosonografiden yararlanılabilir. Dispeptik yakınmalarla müracaat eden, gastroskopisinde submukozal lezyon saptanarak, endosonografi ile tanısı konulan, 28 yaşında kadın, ektopik pankreas olgusu sunulmuştur.
Abstract
Ectopic pancreas is not a common condition in the stomach might be mixed with other submucosal lesions. Endosonography can be utilized in the differential diagnosis besides histopathology. We here in report a 28 year old female patient with dyspeptic symptoms who was diagnosed to have ectopic pancreas of the stomach by endosonography.
