Özet
Toplumların kültürel ve ahlaki değerleri tarihsel süreçte ekonomik yapılarının şekillenmesinde büyük rol oynamıştır. İlkel toplumdan tarım toplumuna veya sanayi toplumundan bilgi toplumuna geçiş süreci her toplumda farklı zamanlarda ve düzeylerde yaşanmıştır. Çalışmada bilgi toplumuna geçiş sürecinde Türkiye ekonomisinin yapısal değişimini göz önüne alan bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Türkiye’nin sanayileşme sürecinde teknolojinin içselleştirilmesi açısından geri kalmışlığı ve bilgi toplumu olma yolunda yaşananlar tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
In the history of shaping the structure of an economy, the cultural and moral values of societies have played a major role. The process of transition from primitive society to agriculture society, or from industrial society to information-knowledge society has been experienced at different times and levels in every society. In this study, transition of Turkish economy to a knowledge society has been discussed. An assessment has been made back in the industrialization process of Turkey about falling behind of developed countries in terms of the internalization of technology and experiences in becoming an information society have been mentioned.
