Ar-Ge Çalışmalarının İhracat ve Ekonomik Büyüme Üzerine Etkisi: Türkiye Örneği

Özet
Küreselleşmenin son derece baş döndürücü bir hızla ivme kazandığı günümüz Global dünyasında ülkeler arası sınırlar bir manada ortadan kalkmış ülkeler ekonomik ve siyasal açıdan birbirlerine daha bağımlı hale gelmişlerdir. Ülkelerin rekabet gücünü artırması, güçlü bir ekonomik büyüme, hızlı ve istikrarlı bir kalkınma meydana getirebilmeleri için ar-ge ve inovasyon konuları son derece büyük bir önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada ülkemizdeki ar-ge çalışmalarının ihracat yani dış ticaret ve ekonomik büyüme üzerine olan etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışma sayesinde ulaşılan ve ortaya konan veriler eşliğinde ar-ge çalışmaları kalkınmanın lokomotif unsurlarından birisi hatta en önemli olanıdır sonucu rahatlıkla ortaya konmuştur. Bu sonuçlar eşliğinde gelişmiş ülkelerin şuanki konumlarına ar-ge ve inovasyon sayesinde ulaştıkları diğer ülkelerden farklılaşarak teknolojik ve bilimsel yükselişlerini başlattıkları buna bağlı olarak da dünya ekonomisi üzerinde söz sahibi oldukları ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda gelişmekte olan ülkelerin aynı gelişmiş ülkeler gibi inovasyon ve ar-ge’ye yeterli desteği vermeleri sonucunda dünya ekonomisi üzerinde söz sahibi olabilecekleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Abstract
In today's global world, where globalization has gained momentum at an extremely dizzying pace, countries that have crossed borders in a sense have become more dependent on each other economically and politically. R & D and innovation issues are of great importance for countries to increase their competitiveness and to achieve strong economic growth and rapid and stable development. In this study conducted the effect of R & D studies on export, foreign trade and economic growth was examined. In the light of the data obtained and presented through the study, R & D studies are easily demonstrated as one of the most important and even the most important elements of development. In the light of these results, it is revealed that developed countries differentiate from the other countries they have reached through their R & D and innovation and have started their technological and scientific rise and have a say on the world economy. As a result of the study, it is concluded that developing countries can have a say on the world economy as they provide sufficient support to innovation and R & D just like developed countries.
