Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye’de manevi destek hizmet alanında çalışan uygulayıcıların, manevi destek hizmetlerine ilişkin görüşlerini incelemektir. Uygulayıcıların yaklaşımları altı tema altında toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın teorik kısmında sosyal hizmet ve manevi destek hizmetleri arasındaki ilişkiler ele alınmış, uygulama kısmında görüşme yoluyla elde edilen bilgiler, betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Toplamda beş kişi ile görüşülmüş ve görüşmede yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Alanda yapılan görüşmelerde uygulayıcılar, manevi destek hizmetinin gerekliliğini vurgulamışlardır. Dolayısıyla uygulayıcıların kurumlarda göreve başlamadan önce manevi destek hizmetleri eğitimlerinden geçirilmesi gerekliliğine yönelik sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden ölçüt örneklem yöntemi, veri elde etmek için ise görüşme ve tarama teknikleri kullanılmıştır.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate thoughts of social workers who are working at spiritual support services are in Turkey about spiritual support services. These thoughts were summarized under six themes. In the theoretical part of the study, social work and spiritual support services were handled, in the implementation part of the study, data collected with interview was investigated using descriptive analysis. Interview was conducted with 5 persons in total and semi structured forms were used. Persons who are working in the area stated the necessity of spiritual support services. Therefore, it was concluded that workers should be educated about spiritual support services before engaging in this area. In the study, criterion sampling method which is one of qualitative research method was used, interview and scanning method were used in order to collect data.
