Abstract

This study aims at showing the final point that humanity arrived in the crises created by circumstances such as the failure of the rights and legal system that are brought by modern state to fulfil any promises it made, the deepening loss of meaning, the bankruptcy of the judiciary, as well as the dulling of the public's sense in this direction. It desires to bring humanity its dignity, and moreover to raise awareness with Hannah Arendt (1905-1975). It will examine humanity’s stand at the boundary between public and private melts, and in this direction, the disappearance of its politicization, which gives it an aesthetic ability.
