Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı 1864 Büyük Çerkes Sürgünü ve Soykırımı sonrasında göç eden halkın Anadolu’da yaşadığı uyum sorunlarını çözmek için Osmanlı Devleti’nin uyguladığı politikaları incelemek ve bu politikaların başarı derecesini tarihsel süreci referans alarak belirlemektir. Çalışmanın tartışma bölümünde göç ve iskan sonrası geçen uzun süreç sonunda halen devam eden önemli sorunlar ele alınacak ve bu sorunların nedenlerine işaret edilerek çözüm önerisi getirilecektir
Abstract
The present study aims to examine the Ottoman’s policies on solving the adaptation problems of the immigrants that moved to Anatolia after the 1864 Circassian Deportation and Massacres, and to assess the success of the policies within the historical process. The Discussions Chapter will examine the problems that have existed since the immigration and resettlement, and suggest solutions for these problems.
