Özet

Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nda XIX. yüzyılın sonlarından itibaren tutulmaya başlanan suç cetvelleri, ülkenin çeşitli yerlerinde işlenen suçlara ve bu suçları işleyenlere dair detaylı veriler içermektedir. Suç cetvellerinde suçun işlendiği yer, fail ve söz konusu suçtan zarar gören mağdurlara dair bilgiler yer almaktadır. Bu bilgiler imparatorluğun son dönemindeki toplumsal yapı ve kamu düzeni hakkında önemli veriler içermektedir. İmparatorluğun diğer vilayetlerinde olduğu gibi merkezi İzmir olan Aydın Vilâyeti dahilinde işlenen suçlara dair cetveller tutulmuştur. Bunlardan birisi 1873-1876 tarihli suç cetvelidir. Bu makalede söz konusu cetveldeki verilerden yola çıkılarak 1873-1876 tarihleri arasında Aydın vilâyeti sancaklarından Menteşe sancağında işlenen suçlarla, bu suçları işleyen failler mercek altına alınmıştır.

Abstract

The crime schedule records that were recorded at the beginning of the nineteenth century, contain important details about crimes committed in different regions of the emperorship and the criminals who committed these crimes. In the crime schedules, there are data and details about crime squares, criminals, victims, injured, and aggrieved. These data and details contain important pieces of information about social structure and public order of emperorship. As the emperorships other provinces, there are crime schedules records that about guilted crimes at the Aydın Province which capital city is İzmir. One of these is a crime schedule dated between 1876-1880 years. İn this article with moving and citing details in this schedule, the crimes and criminals analyzed and studied between 1873-1876 years in the Menteşe Sandjak (country or region) that one of the parts of the Aydın Province.
