Özet
DSÖ tarafından pandemi olarak ilan edilen COVID-19 salgını tüm dünyada ve ülkemizde ciddi sağlık sorunlarına ve hatta ölümlere neden olmuştur. Bu süreçte zaten iş yükü ağır olan hemşirelerin sorumlulukları daha fazla artmıştır. COVID-19 salgınında nitelikli hemşirelere daha çok ihtiyaç olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Covid pozitif/şüpheli hastalara bakım veren hemşirelerin yaşadıkları sorunları, pozitif tanısı almış hemşirenin yaşadığı sorunları, duygu ve düşüncelerini açıklamaktır.
Abstract
The Covid-19 outbreak, declared as a pandemic by WHO, has caused serious health problems and even deaths all over the world and in our country. In this process, the responsibilities and workloads of nurses, who already had a heavy workload, increased more. It was revealed that there was a need for qualified nurses. Nurses are an integral part of the health sector, not auxiliary health personnel. The aim of this study is; To explain the problems experienced by nurses who care for Covid-positive / suspicious patients, the problems, feelings and thoughts of the positively diagnosed nurse.
