RUDİ KELLER’İN “GÖRÜNMEYEN EL KURAMI” IŞIĞINDA DİLSEL DEĞİŞİM

Özet

Dilin varlığına ilişkin tartışmalar antik döneme kadar uzanmaktadır. Bu nedenle sözcüklerin gerek ses gerekse anlam değişimlerinin araştırılması da kaçınılmaz olmuştur. Bu değişimler günümüze kadar farklı teoriler çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Sözü geçen bu teorilerin arasında en güncellerinden biri de Rudi Keller tarafından ortaya konulmuştur. Alman Dilbilimci seksenli yıllarda ilk defa dil değişimi alanında “Görünmeyen El Kuramı”nı ileri sürdüğünde bu alanda yepyeni bir çığır açılmıştı. Diğer kuramlardan farklı olarak, mevcut verilerle dil dönüşümünün neden açıklanamaz olduğunu ileri sürmüştür. Çalışmamızda çeşitli dillerde kelimelerin kökenine inilmiş ve bunların hangi etimolojik değişimden geçebilecekleri gösterilmiştir. Bununla birlikte değişimler Rudi Keller’in “Görünmeyen El Kuramıyla” desteklenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda tüm kuramların birbirinden çok uzaklaşmadığı, hatta belirli çalışmalarda birlikte ele alınabilinecekleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır

Abstract

The discussion of the existence of language goes back to the ancient period. Therefore, the research of both the meaning and sound changes of the words was unavoidable. These changes have been anaylsed with different theories so far. Rudi Keller put forward one of the most contemporary theory. As the german linguist introduced his 'Invisible-Hand Theory' for the first time in the ninteen eighties a new era was opened in this field. This theory different from all existent theories made it more clearer why the evolution of language change could not be explained by concrete data. The study below explains the first version of some words and what kind of etymological procedure they have been going thorough, whether they changed or not. As a result of this study it has been revealed that all these theories are not that different from each other and that it is possible to use them combined in specific studies
