ANKARA’DA ÜRETİLEN HAZIR BETONLARIN İSTATİSTİKSEL ANALİZİ

Özet
Ankara’daki farklı hazır beton santrallerinde 2016 yılında üretilmiş olan iki farklı beton sınıfı incelenmiştir. C20/25 ve C25/30 olarak seçilen bu iki farklı beton sınıfına ait beton numunelerine basınç deneyi uygulanarak dayanımları belirlenmiştir. Toplam 3012 adet numuneye ait basınç dayanımı sonuçlarına dayanılarak, istatistiksel bir analiz yapılmış ve böylece Ankara ilinde hazır beton kalitesinin ne seviyede olduğu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ankara’da bulunan değişik şantiyelerden laboratuvara getirilen, C20/25 ve C25/30 sınıflarına ait numunelerin basınç dayanım sonuçlarının istatistiksel analizi ile belirlenen standartlar arasında bazı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Bütün numuneler, ACI (American Concrete Institute) tarafından belirlenen kalite derecesine ve TS EN 206 standartlarına göre analiz edilerek değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca daha önce yapılan çalışmalar incelenmiş ve yeni yapı denetim sistemi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
Abstract
At this study, statistical analyzed the results of the compressive strength tests with two different concrete class in Ankara, by testing the C20/25 and C25/30 ready mixed concrete samples which poured in different construction sites in 2016. Based on the results of the compressive strength of a total of 3012 samples, a statistical analysis was carried out and the quality of the ready-mixed concrete in Ankara was tried to be determined. It was determined that the compressive strength results of the samples that C20/25 and C25/30 classes brought to the laboratory from various construction sites in Ankara showed some differences in terms of the standards. All samples were analyzed by ACI (American Concrete Institute) and evaluated according to TS EN 206 standards. In addition, previous studies were examined and some information was given about new building control system.
