Özet
Bu çalışmada farklı sosyo-kültürel koşullarda yaşayan Adıgeyli ve Türkiyeli Çerkes ressamların sanatındaki ortaklıklar ve farklılıklar, onların sanatsal betimlerinin ve izleklerinin, toplumsal işlevlerinin, yaratıcılık amaçlarının, tarz ve tekniklerinin araştırılması ve analizi temelinde inceleniyor. Halkın sanat elitinin temsilcileri olarak Rusyalı Çerkes ressamların rolü, yaratıcılıklarının mitolojik imgelerin ve etnik kimliğin korunmasına yönelik olduğu; aynı şekilde yaşadıkları ülkenin temsilcileri olarak Türkiyeli Çerkes ressamların rolü ve temel amaçlarının yaratıcılıklarını dünya arenasında (sahnesinde) göstermek olduğu ortaya kondu. Yaratıcılık amaçlarındaki farklılıklar, ressamların yaşadıkları sosyo-kültürel koşulların farklılığıyla ve profesyonel eğitim alma koşullarının benzer olmamasıyla açıklandı. Sanatsal kesişme noktaları, metropolün ve diasporanın Çerkesleri tarafından aynı tarzda deşifre edilen etnik değerler, işaretler ve semboller düzleminde; tarihi geçmişin, özellikle Kafkas Savaşı’nın yorumlanması düzleminde ele alındı.
Abstract
The similarities and differences in the works of the Circassian artists of Adygea and the Circassians of Turkey are investigated on the basis of the analysis of the themes and artistic images they create; their societal function living under different sociocultural conditions; the study of the goals of their creativity; as well as the study of the primary genres and techniques they use as master painters. The role of Russian Circassian painters as representatives of the artistic elite of the ethnic group is shown; the focus of their creativity on the preservation of mythopoetic images and ethnic identity; and the role of the Turkish Circassian artists whose main goals are to show their work on the world stage as representatives of their country of residence. Differences in creative goals are explained by the difference in the socio-cultural conditions for the formation of artists and the unequal conditions for obtaining professional education. The points of creative intersection are in the plane of ethnic values, signs and symbols, equally decoded by the Circassians of the metropolis and diaspora; and also in terms of assessing the historical past, especially the Caucasian War, in a particularly revered attitude towards the nature and beauty of the Caucasus.
