Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmada, hastane öncesi acil sağlık hizmetlerinde çalışan personelin afetlere hazırlık algılarını geçerli ve güvenilir bir şekilde değerlendirebilecek Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi doğrultusunda bir ölçek geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Abstract
Objective: In this study, it is aimed to develop scale in line with Structural Equation Modeling that can evaluate the disaster preparedness perceptions of the personnel working in prehospital emergency health services in a valid and reliable way.
