Özet
Bireyin ve toplumun korunması İslam şeriatının amaçlarındandır (makasıd). İnsan Allah’a, kendisine, başkalarına ve topluma karşı hata işleyen bir varlık olduğu için şeriat, mevcut hatanın tekrar etmemesi ve topluma ibret/ders olması için bireyin hatasını engelleyecek sınırlar belirlemiştir. Psikolojik ceza, şeriatın maksatlarındandır; ancak onunla sadece diğer cezalarda olduğu gibi işlenen kabahatten alıkoymak kastedilmez. Bu cezalar, fiziksel, mali ve psikolojik olabildiği gibi günah ve suçla (doğru) orantılı olarak bir kısmı da ağır veya hafif olabilmiştir. Bu çalışmada psikolojik cezaların meşruiyetinin Kitap ve sünnette olduğunu ve (psikolojik ceza) alanlarını, özelliklerini, çeşitlerini ve psikolojik cezalarda Hz. Peygamber’in kullandığı üslupları açıklamak suretiyle psikolojik cezalar üzerinde duracağız. Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a.v.) uyguladığı psikolojik ceza türlerini 8 çeşit olarak tasnif etmek mümkündür: Sürgün, suçu işleyenin toplumdan tecrit edilmesi, kınama, tedip için dövme, suçlunun değil de suçun teşhiri, araya mesafe koyma, meclisi terk etmesi için öfkenin izhar edilmesi, kötü söz söyleme, karşılaşıldığında kabahatin hatırlatılması.
Abstract

The psychological punishment which the Prophet, peace be upon him, followed are mentioned in this research are eight in number: abandonment, secluding the sinner away frim the community, rebuking, beating, making the sin public but nit the sinner, being away from sin, being angry and leaving the session, cursing, and reminding of the sin at every meeting.
