Özet
İnsanlık tarihi boyunca üzerinde en çok tartışılan kavramlardan biri olan adalet, aynı zamanda birçok düşünür ve filozofun da çalışmalarına konu edilmiştir. Tarihsel gelişim süresince farklı toplumlarda farklı şekillerde tanımlanan adalet kavramı John Rawls tarafından kaleme alınan “Adalet Teorisi” kitabı ile farklı bir boyut kazanarak gündeme oturmuş ve siyasal liberalizm konusu olarak tartışmaların odak noktası olmuştur. Adalet kavramı ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalara istinaden iki tür düşünce akımının olduğu varsayılabilir. Bunlardan ilki, adaleti fayda ve çıkar ilkesine bağlayan düşünce akımı, bir diğeri ise adaleti iyi niyete bağlayarak, ahlaki açıdan değerlendirmeye alan bir düşünce akımıdır. Çalışmada siyasal adalet kavramının gelişim süreci incelenerek, filozof, düşünür ve iktisatçının konu ile ilgili yaklaşımlarına yer verilmiştir.
Abstract
Justice, which is one of the most discussed concepts throughout human history, also has been the subject of many philosophers and scientists work. The concept of justice, which was defined in different ways in different societies during the course of historical development, gained a different dimension with the book “Theory of Justice” written by John Rawls and became a focus of discussions as a subject of political liberalism. Based on the studies on the concept of justice can be assumed two types of approaches. The first approach is the thought that connects justice to the principle of benefit and interest, and the other thought evaluates justice from the perspective of morality and connects it with good will. This study comprises the analyze of development process of the concept of political justice the philosopher, the thinker and the economist's approaches to the subject.
