Abstract
SUMMARY HEEL PAD RECONSTRUCTION Coverage of the heel pad is a difficult reconstructive problem due to the inherent necessity of weight-bearing. A case of heel pad reconstruction using Tensor Fascia Lata cross leg fasciocutaneous flap is presented and relevant literature is reviewed. ÖZET Topuk bölgesindeki yumuşak doku defektleri zor bir rekonstrüksiyon problemi oluştururlar.
