Özet
Trunkus arteriozus nadir görülen, cerrahi tedavi ve postopoperatif bakım gerektiren bir kalp anomalisidir. Bu anomalide, kalpten çıkan tek bir ana damar (trunkal arter) sistemik, pulmoner ve koroner arter dolaşımını sağlar. Bu yazıda, Trunkus Arteriozus Tip 1 tanısı ile opere edilen bir yenidoğana, postop on ikinci günden itibaren, Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde verilen bireyselleştirilmiş gelişimsel bakımına ilişkin olgu sunumu yapıldı. Bu süreçte uygulanan hemşirelik bakımına ilişkin tanı ve girişimler tablo halinde verildi. Bu olgu sunumunun, postoperatif dönemde Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitelerinde tedavi ve bakımı yapılan konjenital kalp anomalili yenidoğanların hemşirelik bakımında yol gösterici olacağı düşünülmektedir.
Abstract
Truncus arteriosus is a rare heart anomaly that requires surgical treatment and postoperative care. In this anomaly, a single main vein (arterial trunk) from the heart provides systemic, pulmonary, and coronary artery circulation. In this article, a case report of a newborn patient who was operated with the diagnosis of Truncus Arteriosus Type I and given individualized developmental care in the Newborn Intensive Care Units from the twelfth postop day. Diagnosis and interventions related to nursing care applied in this process were tabulated. This case report is thought to guide the nursing care of newborns with congenital heart defects who were treated and cared for in Newborn Intensive Care Units during the postoperative period.
