Özet
Bu makalenin amacı 2010 olaylar sonrası Kırgızistan’ın ekonomi politiğini etkileyen unsurları incelemektir. Bu bağlamda 1991’de Sovyetler Birliği’nin dağılmasıyla bağımsızlığını izleyen yıllarda Kırgızistan’ın ekonomik ve politik dönüşüm süreci ele alındı. Özellikle, devletin kimlik inşa süreci ile planlı ekonomiden piyasa sistemine geçiş süreçlerinden bahsedildi.
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to examine the factors that affect the economic policy of Kyrgyzstan after 2010 events. İn this context, the article describes the economic and political transformation of the country in the period of independency after the Soviet collapse. Especially the processes of nation-building of the country and the transition period from a planned economy to a market system were discussed in the article.
