Özet
2019 senesi sonundan itibaren dünyayı etkileyen koronavirüs salgınının etkilerinden bir tanesi de vergiler alanında olmuştur. Alınan vergi önlemleri ve diğer vergi gelişmeleri ile bunların vergi idaresi ve mükellefler bakımından etkileri konusundaki değerlendirmeler bu çalışmada yer almaktadır.
Abstract
One of the effects of the coronavirus epidemic that has effected the world since the end of 2019 has been in the tax area. Evaluations about the tax measures taken and other tax developments and their effects on tax administration and taxpayers are included in this study.
