Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, hastane kavramına atfedilen anlamlar üzerinden hastane ortamında bulunan sağlık çalışanları, hasta ve hasta yakınlarının sağlık hizmetlerinin durumuna ilişkin görüşlerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışma alanı Bişkek şehri sınırları içindeki hastaneler olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada verilerin toplanması nitel araştırma araçlarından olan mülakat (görüşme) yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcılara hastanenin neye benzediği, nasıl göründüğü ve nasıl çalıştığı ile ilgili açıklamalar istenmiştir, alınan cevaplar kayıt altına alınarak metinler oluşturulmuştur. Bu metinler içerik analizine tabi tutulmuş, elde edilen ifadeler anlam birliğine göre ifade birimleri altında toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, katılımcıların % 22,6'si hastane kavramı hakkında olumlu bir algıya sahiptir. Olumsuz çağrışımları hastane kavramına bağlayanların oranı % 77,4 olarak belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to reveal the views of the healthcare professionals, patients and their relatives in the same hospital about the healthcare situation in terms of the meaning attributed to the hospital concept. The study area has been identified as hospitals within the borders of Bishkek. In this study, the collection of data was conducted by means of an interview from qualitative research tools. Participants were asked what the hospital was like, what it looked like, why it looked similar and how it worked, and the answers were recorded and texts were created. These texts were subjected to content analysis, and the obtained expressions were collected under expressive units according to the meaning unity. According to the results of the research, 22.6% of the participants have a positive perception about the hospital concept. The percentage of respondents who attributed negative connotations to the concept of hospital is 77.4%.
