Özet
Sürekli artan dış borçlar, Kırgızistan ekonomisi ve dış politikası için önemli bir sorun teşkil etmektedir. Dış borçların yıllar geçtikçe artmasının sebepleri çoktur, fakat yanlış para koordinasyonu bu sebeplerin en önemlisi sayılmaktadır. Bir devletin aldığı hibe ve krediler ne kadar çok olursa olsun ülkenin bütçesine katkıda bulunmadıktan sonra aslında devletin istikrarı ve ekonomik bağımsızlık için hiçbir önem taşımamaktadır.
Abstract
Growing external debt has become an important issue for the economy and foreign policy of Kyrgyz Republic. In fact, there are many reasons why external debts increase over the years, but improper coordination of finances is considered the most important of these reasons. The size of loans and borrowings is not important for the stability of the state and its economic independence, if borrowing does not contribute to the state budget.
