Özet

Giriş: Bu çalışmanın amacı inhalasyon anesteziklerinden isofluran ve sevofluranın böbrek transplantasyon sırasında hemodinamik ve renal etkilerini karşılaştırmaktır. Metodlar: ASA II-III grubu kronik böbrek yetmezliği olan renal transplantasyon yapılacak 22 hasta çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Isofluran grubunda (grup I) anestezi idamesi; N2O/O2, atrakuryum, fentanil ve isofluranla sevofluran grubunda (grup S) ise inhalasyon anesteziği sevofluran kullanımıyla sağlandı. Aim: Aim of this study was to compare the renal and hemodynamic effects of isoflurane and sevoflurane during the renal transplantation.
