Özet
Endodontik tedavi görmüş dişlerin restorasyonu kapsamlıbir şekilde üzerinde çalışılan fakat buna rağmenbirçok açıdan tartışmalı olan bir konudur. Ne yazık kiyayınlanan makalelerde çelişkili sonuçlar bulunmaktave hekimleri en uygun tedavi seçeneğinden uzaklaştırmaktadır.Endodontik tedavi görmüş dişlerin başarısısadece iyi bir endodontik tedaviye değil sonrasındauygulanan iyi bir restoratif tedaviye de bağlıdır. Bumakale konuyu kendi bileşenleri içerisinde değerlendirmekte,tedavi planlaması ve endodontik tedavilidişlerin restorasyon seçenekleri konusunda kanıtadayalı prensipler ortaya koymaktadır.
Abstract
The restoration of endodontically treated teeth is a topic that is extensively studied and yet remains controversial from many perspectives. Unfortunately, the diversity of published opinions is confusing and may lead to less than optimal treatment selections. The successfull treatment of endodontically treated tooth depends not only on good endodontic threapy, but also on good restorative treatment of the tooth after endodontic therapy is completed. This article reviews the topic into its component parts and provides evidence-based principles about treatment planning and options for restoration of endodontically treated teeth.
