Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı süt dişlerinden elde edilen dentin disklerinin geçirgenliklerinin saptanması ve bu disklere yapay pulpal basınç altında uygulanan üç farklı restoratif sistemin bağlanma dayanımlarının belirlenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışmada 60 adet çürüksüz süt ikinci molar diş kullanıldı. Dişlerden elmas separe yardımıyla okluzal düzleme paralel, 1 mm kalınlığında dentin diskleri elde edildi. Disklerin dentin geçirgenlikleri hidrolik iletkenlik düzeneği ile ölçüldü. Dentin geçirgenlikleri belirlendikten sonra diskler, rasgele üç gruba ayrıldı. Yapay pulpal basınç altında, disklerin okluzal yüzeylerine restoratif sistemler Clearfil SE Bond+Clearfil AP-X (CSEB + CAPX), AdheSE+Compoglass F(ASE + Com p F), Prime Bond NT+Dyract AP(PBNT + DA) uygulandı. CSEB + CAPX’in bağlanma dayanımı 13.68±5.25 MPa, ASE + Comp F’in 16.02±8.19 MPa, PBNT + DAP’nin ise 17.03±3.55 MPa olarak saptandı.
Abstract
Aim: The purpose of this study is to establish the permeability of dentine discs obtained from primary teeth and determine the bond strength of three different restorative systems applied to these discs under artificial pulpal pressure. Material and Method: In this study, 60 carious free primary second molar teeth were used. The dentine discs which had one mm thickness with parallel to occlusal plane from teeth were obtained by means of diamond saw. Dentine permeability of discs was measured with hydraulic conductance mechanism. After the determination of dentine permeability, the discs were randomly divided into three groups. Under artificial pulpal pressure, restorative systems Clearfil SE Bond+Clearfil AP-X (CSEB + CAPX), AdheSE+Compoglass F(ASE + Comp F),Prime Bond N T+Dyract AP (PBNT + DAP) were applied on the occlusal surfaces of the discs. Bars which had one mm2 crosssectional area were obtained from samples by means of diamond saw. The bond strengths of these samples were measured with micro shear test method. For each of restorative system, one of SEM sample was taken. Results: The mean values of permeability of dentine discs were found 0.014 µlcm-2cmH2O-1dak-1. The bond strength of CSEB + CAPX was 13.68±5.25 MPa, the bond strength of ASE + Comp F was 16.02±8.19 MPa and the bond strength of PBNT + DAP was 17.03±3.55 MPa. It was found that there was statistically no difference between the bond strengths of three different restorative systems (p>0.05). Also it was determined that there was no relation between the values of the dentine permeability of dentine discs and the bond strengths of applied restorative systems. Conclusion: In this study, the dentine permeability which is important as a biological variable showed no effect on the bond strength.
