Özet

Kur'ân'ın Resûlullah döneminde vahyin devam etmesisebebiyle kitaplaştırılmadığı konusunda yaygın birkanaat vardır. Hâlbuki vahyin devam etmesine rağmenKur'ân'ın tamamen ezberlendiği kabul edilmektedir.Bununla birlikte bazı âlimler Kur'ân'ın tamamınınPeygamberimiz döneminde hem ezberlenerek hem deyazıya geçirilerek bir kitap hâline getirildiğini savunmaktadırlar.Zira Resûlullah'ın, gelen âyetlerin kitabınneresine yazılması gerektiğini vahiy kâtiplerine bildirdiğive her Ramazan'da sahâbenin takip edebileceğişekilde o ana kadar gelen Kur'ân'ı Cebrâil'e arz ettiğibilinmektedir. Bu makalede Kur'ân'ın Hz. Peygamberdöneminde kitaplaştırıldığı konusundaki veriler araştı-rılacak, Hz. Ebûbekir ve Hz. Osman döneminde yapılançalışmaların mâhiyeti incelenecektir.

Abstract

There is a widespreadbelief that the Qur'an wasnot compiled becauseof the revelation in thetime of the Messenger ofAllah. It is assumed thatwhile the revelation continued,the Qur'an wasmemorized completely.However, some scholarsargue that the entireQur'an was written andmemorized in the periodof the Prophet Muhammad,and compiled as abook. It is known thatthe Messenger of Allahinformed the revelationclerks about which versesshould be written inwhich order in the book,and that he presentedthe Qur'an, compiledas much as revealed, toJibreel in each Ramadanin a manner his companionswould also be ableto follow. In this paper,data suggesting that theQur'an was compiledduring the time of theProphet Muhammadwill be studied, and thecontent of the studiesconducted during the timeof Abu Bakr and Uthmanwill be examined.
