Özet
Entegre raporlama; finansal raporların, işletmelerin değer yaratma yeteneğini yansıtmaktayetersiz kalması ve işletmelerin ekonomik, çevresel ve sosyal performanslarınıdikkate alan sürdürülebilirlik kavramının yükselişi sonucunda ortaya çıkmış, yeni birraporlama anlayışıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, uygulamada entegre raporlama içeriklerinin,Uluslararası Entegre Raporlama Çerçevesine uygunluğunu analiz etmek veentegre raporlamanın geliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler getirmektir. Araştırma kapsamında,çimento sektöründe faaliyet gösteren ve entegre rapor yayınlayan, işletmelerinweb sayfalarından elde edilen raporlar, içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak, UluslararasıEntegre Raporlama Çerçevesi bağlamında analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarınagöre, araştırma kapsamındaki işletmelere ait entegre raporlarda sunulan bilgilerin,büyük oranda Uluslararası Entegre Raporlama Çerçevesi içerik öğeleri ile uyumluolduğu ancak, standart bir formatta sahip olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanında,değer yaratma sürecinin sermaye öğeleriyle ilişkilendirilerek açıklanmasının, entegrerapor uygulamalarında en az bilgi verilen içerik öğesi unsuru olduğu belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
Integrated reporting; is new reporting approach that has emerged as a result of the rise of the concept sustainability that takes into account the economic, environmental and social performance of businesses and the inadequacy of financial reports to reflect the ability of businesses to create value. The purpose of this study is to analyze the conformity of the integrated reporting content with the International Integrated Reporting Framework in practice and to suggest proposals for the development of integrated reporting. In the scope of the research, the integrated reports obtained from the web pages of the companies operating in the cement sector and publishing integrated reports were analyzed in the context of the International Integrated Reporting Framework by using the content analysis method. According to the analysis results, the information provided in the integrated reports of the companies under investigation, is determined to be in compliance with the content of the International Integrated Reporting Framework, however it does not have a standard format. In addition, it has been determined that the disclosure of the value creation process in relation to capital items, is the least information element in integrated report applications.
