Özet

Tahvil çıkarmanın ilci farklı önşartı olan "önceki tahvil bedellerinin ödenmesi" ve "çıkarılacak tahvil miktarına ilişkin sınırlamalar" ilci ana başlık altında bu çalışmada incelenmektedir. Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümlerini açıklayan veya bu hükümlere istisnalar getiren Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Tebliğleri ve Bakanlar Kurulu Kararı gibi düzenlemeleri de yeri geldikçe alt başlıklar halinde incelenmektedir.

Abstract

In this Article, "the payment of the issued bonds " and "restrictions imposed on bonds to be issued", which are deemed as two distinct bond issuance preconditions, will be examined under two main headings. The regulations to define the provisions of the Turkish Code of Commerce and set forth the exemptions thereof, which are namely the Capital Markets Law, Communiques of Capital Markets Boards, and Council of Ministers' Decisions will be examined.
