Özet
1 Temmuz 2012 tarihinde yürürlüğe giren 6098 sayılı yeni Türk Borçlar Kanunu ile taksitle satış sözleşmesi kapsamlı bir şekilde düzen- lenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacını, taksitle satış sözleşmesi hakkında getiri- len yeni düzenlemelerin incelenmesi ve 818 sayılı Borçlar Kanunu ile kar- şılaştırılarak getirilen hükümlerin tespiti oluşturmaktadır.
Abstract
The new Turkish Code of Obligations, no. 6098, entered into force on 1 July 2012 has a number of new detailed provisions about installment sales contracts. The purpose of this essay is to review the matter within the framework of the provisions of the new Code of Obligations and to com- pare the new provisions with the previous Code of Obligations no. 818.
