Özet

Modern siyasal ideolojiler içinde iki tanesi; Marksizm ve anarşizm, devletin bulunmadığı bir toplumsal düzen tasavvuruna sahiptir. Devletin bulunmadığı bu komünist veya anarşist toplumlarda hukuk olacak mıdır? Bu ideolojilere göre, hukuk ile devlet arasında nasıl bir ilişki mevcuttur? Devletsiz toplumda düzen ne tür kurallarla sağlanacaktır?

Abstract

Two of the modern political ideologies; Marxism and anarchism predictthat in the future of humanity there will be a social order in which the state isleft behind. What will happen to the law in these communist or anarchistsocieties that the state has left behind? According to these ideologies, what isthe relationship between law and state? Which rules apply in a stateless society?
