Özet

Bu çalışmada kavram tanımlandıktan sonra nedensellik bağının suçun unsuru olup olmadığı ele alınmış, nedensellik bağına ilişkin iki önemli kuram ortaya konulmuş ve ceza hukukunda nedensellik bağı konusunda çeşitli olasılıklar sistematik biçimde irdelenmiştir. Sonrasında teşebbüs derecesinde kalan suçlarda ve yapmama suçlarında nedensellik bağı incelenmiştir. Tüm bunlar yapılırken kullanılan çizelgelerle konu daha anlaşılır duruma getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın son kısmında ise inceleme sonucunda varılan sonuçlar toplu halde sıralanmıştır

Abstract

This study starts with explaining the concept of 'chain of causation' in criminal law and then discusses whether it is a component of a crime. It asserts two important theorems about causation and also it systematically examines several probabilities about causation in criminal law. Hereinafter, the concept of causation is further investigated in relation to attempted crimes and omissions to act. A 'schedule' is used throughout the article in order to achieve a much clearer understanding of the topic. The outcomes of the research are listed
