Özet

Bu çalışmada, "cinsiyet" kavramı feminist ve Queer teoriler çerçevesinde incelenmiş, ardından, "cinsiyet geçiş süreci" insan hak ve hürriyetleri temelinde ele alınmıştır. Son olarak, Türkiye'nin cinsiyet geçiş süreci politikası Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesi içtihatları ışığında değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract

In this study, the concept of "sex" was examined within the framework of feminism and queer theories. Then, the "gender transition process" was dealt with on the basis of human rights and freedoms. Finally, Turkey's policy of gender transition process is examined in the light of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights.
