Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, pediatrik kronik hepatit B (KHB) tedavisinde tenofovir disoproksil fumaratın (TDF) etkinliği ve güvenliği ile ilgili verileri sunmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu gözlemsel retrospektif kohort çalışmasında, TDF tedavisi alan KHB enfeksiyonu olan 10 çocuğun tıbbi kayıtları geriye dönük olarak incelendi.
