Özet
Aleksey Alekseyeviç Rodionov, 1974-1983 yıllarında Sovyetler Birliği'nin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'ndeki büyükelçilik görevinde bulundu. "Soğuk savaş" kurallarının yumuşamaya başladığı bu dönemde, Sovyetler Birliği-Türkiye Cumhuriyeti arasında siyasî, ekonomik ve kültürel ilişkileri geliştirmeye çalışan Rodionov, görevi gereği Türkiye'nin devlet yetkilileri, siyasî liderleri, iş dünyasının önemli simaları ve entelektüelleriyle bir araya geldi. İki ülke ilişkilerini geliştirmek yönünde fikir alış verişinde bulundu. Görev süresince Türkiye'nin değişik bölgelerini, kentlerini, köylerini dolaştı, konferanslara, forumlara, açılışlara katıldı. Türkiye'nin tarihî mekânlarında bulundu ve bu mekânlarla ilgili bilgiler topladı, gözlemlerde bulundu. Türk insanını tanıma fırsatı buldu ve bu tanıma onun hafızasında Türk insanı ile ilgili olumlu izlenimler bıraktı. Rodionov, görevi süresince yaşadıklarını, gözlemlediklerini not aldı. Bu notlarını belgeler kullanarak ve hafızasını da zorlayarak anı hâline getirdi. Bu anısını 2006 yılında "Kaderinin Yol Ayırımındaki Türkiye, Elçinin Anıları" ismiyle Moskova'da Rusça olarak yayınladı. Makalede, Rodionov'un Türkiye anısı, "soğuk savaş" sonrası Sovyetler Birliği-Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ilişkileri, Türkiye'nin iç siyasetinde yaşananlar ve bölgedeki gelişmelerle beraber, kullanılan dil, olaylara yaklaşımı bakımından incelenmektedir.
Abstract
Aleksey Alekseyevic Rodionov is the ambassador of the Soviet Union in the Turkish Republic between the years of 1974-1983. This period which is called as detant in which the cold war rules began to soften, Rodionov who works in order to develop the political, economical and cultural relations between the Soviet Union and the Turkish Republic had the chance of coming together with the Turkish statesmen, political leaders, important figures of business world and intellectuals in accordance with his duty. Meanwhile, he had the opportunity of discussing the thoughts in the way of developing the dual relations.Alongside his duty he walked around the different regions, provinces and villages in Turkey. In addition, he participated in conferences, forums and opening ceremonies. He visited the historical places of Turkey. He gathered information in connection with the places, made observations about them. Besides, he also found the opportunity of knowing the Turkish people. Doubtless, this knowing left highly positive impressions related to the Turkish people in his rememberance. Rodionov had taken notes in connection with his life experience in Turkey and observations alongside his duty. Naturally, he brought out a memory of work by using the mentioned notes which were supported with documents and by forcing his rememberance. He published this work in Russian with the name of "Turkey Is In Her Turnout: The Memory of the Ambassador" in Moscow in 2006. In this article, the relationships between the Soviet Union and The Turkish Republic after the cold war period, the happenings in the inner policy of Turkey and the developments were taken into hand in the light of Rodionov's work which will attribute to understand clearly.
