Adab el-Harb ve el-Şeca'a'ya Göre "Hisar ve Kuşatma Geleneği"

Özet

Adab el-Harb ve el-Sece‘a adlı eser Türk, İran, İslam ve Hint savaş geleneği hakkında özgün bilgiler vermektedir. Makalemiz, eserde geçen hisar kuşatması ve savunmasının teknik, stratejik, hukukî ve ahlakî öğelerini incelemektedir. Bu bağlamda makale, kuşatma sırasında kullanılan silahlar; psikolojik savaş; kuşatmanın sonuçlandırılma biçimi; savunma silahları; hisarda bulunması gereken malzeme ve erzak; savunmanın sonuçlandırılma biçimine ilişkin bilgileri içermektedir.

Abstract

Adab el-Harb we al-Shaj‘a gives original information about the Turkish, Iranian, Islamic and Indian war tradition. This article examines the technical, strategic, legal and ethic elements of the siege and the defence according to above mentioned source. The article, in this context, includes information about weapons used in the siege war; the psychological war; the way of bringing the siege war to conclusion; the weapons of defence; the materials and the supplies must be deposited in the fort; the way of bringing the fort defence to conclusion.
