Özet

Direkt A-P ve lateral lomber bölge radiografileri çekilen ve inververtebral vakum fenomeni izlenen 101 olgu değerlendirildi. En sık izlenen artrozik değişiklik eklem aralığı daralması oldu(%100). Diğer artrozik değişiklikler ise osteofit, subkondral skleroz, spondilolistezis, osteoporoz, skolyoz, torsiyon, ligaman kalsifikasyonu ve vertebra korpus yüksekliğinde azalmalıdır

Abstract

We examined 101 cases whose direct A-P and lat¬eral lomber graphies showed intervertebral vacuum phenomenon. The most common arthritic change was narrowing of the intervertebral space (100%). Other arthritic changes were osteophytes, subchondral scle¬rosis, spondylolisthesis, osteoporosis, scoliozis, tor¬sion, calsification of the ligament and a loss of the vertebral corpus heightness.
