KURUM İÇİ HALKLA İLİŞKİLER BAĞLAMINDA HASTANELERDE OTOMASYON SİSTEMLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: BİR TIP FAKÜLTESİ HASTANESİ ÖRNEĞİ

EVALUATION OF AUTOMATION SYSTEMS IN HOSPITALS IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNAL PUBLIC RELATION: A STUDY IN A MEDICAL FACULTY HOSPITAL

Özet

Hastanelerde kurum içi halkla ilişkiler çalışmaları, zor koşullarda görev yapan sağlıkçalışanlarının iş tatmini için önemlidir. Kurum içi halkla ilişkilerde birçok iletişim aracınınkullanılması mümkündür. Hastanelerin işleyişinde çok önemli bir yeri bulunan otomasyonsistemleri, kurum içi iletişimde etkili kullanıldığı takdirde üst yönetimin işinikolaylaştıracaktır. Çalışmanın amacı; bir tıp fakültesi hastanesinde, hastane otomasyonsistemiyle entegre çalışan kurum içi iletişim modülünün özelliklerinin incelenmesi vekullanıcılara modül üzerinden gönderilen mesaj içeriklerinin konulara göre sınıflandırılması,analiz edilmesi, elde edilen bulgular ışığında uygulayıcılara ve araştırmacılara önerilersunulmasıdır. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara göre hastanede, otomasyon sistemiüzerinden 2015 yılında 735, 2016 ise 421 olmak üzere toplam 1156 mesaj sağlık çalışanlarınagönderilmiştir. Mesaj içerikleri sınıflandırıldığında 2015 yılında en fazla gönderilenmesaj eğitim duyuruları (% 20,8), 2016 yılında ise en fazla evrak işleyişi (% 19,2), ikiyılın toplam rakamlarına bakıldığında ise eğitim duyuruları (% 18,3) en fazla paya sahiptir.Yıllar kıyaslandığında, 2016 yılında 2015 yılına göre gönderilen mesaj sayısında daönemli ölçüde bir düşme olduğu görülmektedir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; sistemdekikişiye özel veya tüm çalışanlara dönük sosyal programlar ile ilgili mesajların azlığı (%2,7) göze çarpmaktadır.

Abstract

In hospitals, studies related to internal public relations are very important for the job satisfaction of healthcare workers who work in difficult conditions. It is possible to use many communication tools in internal public relations. Automation systems, which have a very important place in the functioning of the hospitals, will facilitate the work of the senior management if they are used effectively in the internal communication. The aim of the study is the analysis and the classification of the message contents according to the subjects sent by a medical faculty hospital to the employees using automation communication module and make suggestions to the practitioners and researchers in accordance with findings. According to the findings in the study; a total of 1156 messages, 735 in 2015 and 421 in 2016, were sent to the healthcare professionals over the automation system at the hospital. When message contents are classified, education announcements (20.8%) have the largest share sent in 2015, document handling messages have the largest share (19.2%) in 2016 and education announcements (18.3%) have the largest share in the number of total messages sent in two years. It is seen that there is a significant decrease in the number of messages sent in 2016 compared to 2015. According to the study results; it draws attention that only (2,7%) of the messages in the system were related to private or general social programs.
