France's entanglement in the armenian genocide issue

Bu makalenin konusu Fransız Parlamentosu 'nda geçen bir kanundur. Kanun taslağı Fransız Parlamentosu 'ndan Fransa'daki iktidar partisi milletvekillerinden Bayan Valeri Boyer'in önerisi ile geçmiştir ve başlığı "Kanun ile Tanınmış Soykırımların Varlığının inkarının Cezalandırılması Kanunu". Makale söz konusu kanunun önerilmesi ve geçmesi süreçlerini ve arkasındaki siyasi niyetleri inceleyecektir. Ayrıca makalede Anayasa Konseyi 'nin kanunu hangi gerekçeler ile iptal ettiği de değerlendirilecektir.

Abstract

The subject of this article is a law passed in the French Parliament. The draft law was passed in the French Parliament by proposition of Mrs. Valerie Boyer, a member of the ruling party in France, and which is entitled "The Law to punish the Denial of the Existence of Genocides Recognized as such by the Law. " The article will try to present the processes behind the proposal and passing of the law, as well as the political intentions behind it. Article will also analyze on what grounds Constitutional Council overruled the law.
